What exactly do you do?
We provide on-the-ground support service to the US consulate in Matamoros Mexico from US and back to US, pay for the application processing fee in Banamex on you behalf and get a Mexican Permit to enter legally into Mexico to attend your appointment.

Do you accept corporate accounts?
Yes.  We do accept corporate accounts and give some discounts.  Contact us for further info.

Can we send cash in the mail?
No.  We do not accept any cash in the mail.

Can you assist us any other locations besides Matamoros, Mexico?
Yes, We can get you a banamex bank receipt for your visa application fee; this can be used at any American consulate in Mexico.

Can you make appointment for us?
No.  We cannot make appointment for you, you have to make your own appointment and contact us at your earliest, so that we can speed up the process of getting your bank receipt and Mexican Permit.

I am a citizen of India; can we make an appointment at US consulate and go ourselves?
Yes.  You can go on your own, but we at www.visastamping.com make your travel comfortable by getting your Mexican Permit, bank receipt and providing you a day’s accommodation at extremely reasonable price.  Please, go through our website for detailed information on who can visit these consulates.

Do you provide any legal services?
No. We are not a law firm, but we can recommend an experience attorney, if you request.
How do I request an appointment?

Following are the 3 ways you can make an appointment with American Consulate in Matamoros, Mexico:  
When you call to schedule an appointment, clarify what type of visa you wish to obtain!  Make the earliest available appointments.   We recommend taking the 8:30 A.M. appointments

1. Call 1-900-476-1212.  Your phone bill will be charged per min.
2. Call 1-800-919-1754. A flat fee will be charged, payable by Visa or Mastercard.

The 900 number charges $1.25 per minute and charged to your telephone bill. The 800 number has a $7 service charge.
