Prepaid Visa Application Fee Service: 

We get a receipt for visa application processing fee paid at Banamex Bank in Mexico; it would cost approximately $131 [depending on the exchange rate] at the bank on your behalf. You are required to pay this fee in order to proceed with your interview.  You will not be allowed inside the consulate unless this fee has been paid.  This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but you can use this receipt for next 12 months from the date posted on the receipt.  This fee service applies for any U.S. Consulate border post in Mexico.

Mexican Permit/ Visitor's Pass Filing Service: 

We can file for the Mexican Permit/ Visitor's Pass on your behalf for legal entry into Matamoros, Mexico. 

Mexican Permit is not Mexican visa!

Mexican Permit/ Visitor's Pass

This is a dated legal document which allows you to enter Mexico by land and issued by the Mexican immigration authorities.  It is valid for a period of 72 hours from the time you enter into Mexico, and you are not permitted to travel more than 22 km from US border with this permit.  This document is a single entry document and is required to be surrendered to the Mexican Immigration Officials.

We will assist you to obtain Mexican Permit/Visitor’s pass on your behalf, and we will need the following items in order to represent you.   Please do not staple any documents.

_____ 2 Copies of the appointment confirmation at American Consulate in Mexico.

_____ 2 Copies of your valid passport's biometrics page [displaying your name, photo, etc. ONLY this page]

_____ 2 Copies of your employment letter from your current employment.
              [should contain all your personal info and your employer]

_____ 2 [A Must ] Copies of the Spanish Letter.  [Personal or Family] Please refer to the sample letter.
              You can get it notarized at your local bank.

_____ 2 Copies of your child/children and your birth certificate [if available]

_____ 2 Copies of current transcript, student id, enrollment [If you are a student]

_____ 2 Copies of your U.S. Visa currently printed on your passport. [even if it is expired]

Mexican Visa

This is a dated legal document which allows you to enter Mexico as many times as you wish (depending on the description of visa), and is given by the Mexican Immigration Officials.  This document is also required to be surrendered to the Mexican Immigration Officials.

We cannot represent on your behalf for a Mexican Visa, but we can get you a bank receipt which you may need.  You need to go to your nearest Mexican Consulate and apply or get help from your attorney.

 

Transportation Service


We provide transportation to our clients ONLY; to and from the U.S. consulate in Matamoros, Mexico. 

Your fee covers round trip ground transportation to and from Harlingen [Highly Recommended] and Brownsville airports [an additional $30 will be charged for each way, if you are arriving at Brownsville ] to a hotel in Harlingen (preferably at Howard Johnson, where we pick you up at 6:45AM). Please send a copy of your itinerary to make arrangements for your arrival, if possible with the documentation. For the consulate trip, we will pick you up at 6:45 AM from Howard Johnson ONLY.  If you stay at any other hotel besides Howard Johnson, you are responsible to be at Howard Johnson before we depart to Mexico.

If you are delayed for any reason, we are not liable due to your negligence or otherwise.  We will try to accommodate your needs but we cannot hold our remaining clients due to your delay!  It is very important that we leave on time to the appointment There would be a short briefing about the trip and return of your documentation at the hotel, and then we will drive you to get your passport stamped along with your Mexican permit. After which we will drive to the American Consulate in time for your appointment. Finally we will drive back towards U.S. for your new I-94 which USCIS charges a fee of $6.00 USD, we advise you to bring exact change for each person who may come with you.  This speeds up the process to get back into the U.S.
