However, if you communicate with us in connection with a matter for which we do not already expressed in this website, you should not send us confidential or sensitive information through e-mail because your communication will not be treated as privileged or confidential. Please get written authorization from Techmaxx, LLC prior to sending such confidential or sensitive information.
The Techmaxx, LLC does not want to represent anyone desiring representation based upon their viewing of this website where this website fails to comply with all the laws and ethics rules of US and Mexican government.
Once we start the process of your request, Techmaxx, LLC will not refund all or part of the service fee and the Banamex’s visa application processing fee which is paid in Mexico on your behalf. We incur expense to start your request. We are accommodative with our client’s needs, and we do our best to work with you if you do cancel or postpone your appointment at the US consulate. Please contact us immediately to explore the possibilities.
The visa application fee is non-refundable. It is valid at any U.S. Consulate in Mexico for up to 12 months after it has been paid. If you cancle or reschedule, we can reschedule your land trip to Mexico according to your convenience at discounted rate. Please make new appointment with the US consulate in Mexico and keep us posted of your arrival, we will assist you to make your trip comfortable with us.
- Notify us immediately if you cancel or reschedule (emails and a phone call).
- It is you’re responsible to make sure we receive your documents promptly, completely and all the documents we requested.
- We are not responsible for any delays due to your negligence or otherwise with the arrival of documents to us and/or not sending exact amount as we request.
- Be at the pick up location (Boca Chica Inn and Suites) PROMPTLY (7:00am). If you are not, you may have to come to Mexico by yourself, but you may join us on the way back to US.
- We will wait for all our clients to finish with their interviews, if any of our clients get delayed for longer period of time we will instruct you either at the hotel or at the consulate.
- We ask you to bring minimum luggage and no expensive jewelry or items, and we are not liable for them if you do bring any. We could be delayed at the bride, since there will be an extensive search of the vehicle and the times we carry.
- You are responsible for getting an appointment and it’s tracking number
- Your sole purpose of the trip with us SHOULD be to go to the consulate; we are not liable for any other legal and/or illegal activities during this trip to Mexico you may be involved.
- We obtain your Mexican Permit after your request and you are allowed to travel a distance of 22km from the border and this permit will EXPIRE after 72 hours from the date stamped on it. In the even of a delay at the consulate for any reason, we need to apply for a 30 day permit with a proof of a travel ticket indicating your departure from Mexico. Travel ticket is a MUST to apply for this 30 day permit as a proof.
- We guarantee to give you the best of the services we can and all the services on this website. If we cannot meet your needs, we will let you know as soon as we can and possibly guide you in the right direction.
- Due to the nature of our business, we are constantly on the move in our vehicles assisting our clients. The best way to reach us is through email and we will address your email as soon as possible (usually with in 24 hours).
