We offer ground transportation to our clients ONLY. Your service fee covers your transportation by land to the American consulate in Matamoras, Mexico from US and back to US. We leave hotel at 7:00 am, and we precede to US Immigration office to surrender your I-94. You maybe asked some questions here [e.g.: did you leave US before, where to, when…etc]. From there, we will go to Mexican Immigration office in Mexico and get your passport stamped and we will proceed to your appointment at the US consulate. At the end of the interview we will return to the Mexican Immigration office to turn in your Mexican permit, as proof of your departure from Mexico. Finally, we will head up to the U.S. Immigration port of entry for the issue of your new I-94 where they will do another security clearance and you will be photographed and fingerprinted one more time. Once the immigration officer validates your new I-94 you need to pay a fee of $6 preferably in the exact amount. Once you receive your I-94 you will be dropped at your destination [Hotel/Airport]. The duration of the trip could vary from 2-10 hours. You may be asked to come next day for your re-stamping as well, e.g. if the system is down at the US consulate (rare). In that event, we take you to a SAFE hotel close to the consulate. Only people with appointments are allowed inside the building, but we will take you up to the gate and wait for you outside the consulate until the end of your interview. Please note that the American Consulate has a ban on several items but not limited to electronics, phones, calculators and other miscellaneous items, especially digital. We will try our best to safeguard your items in our vehicles. We highly recommend that you bring your documents in a portfolio folder or a binder, and avoid carrying large bags into the Consulate, that will only delay your entrance due to extensive searches by the security guards.
